Can anyone point me in the direction of a player vendor selling GM lockboxes?

The vendor is called Lys.
If they are sold out I will restock later.

I couldn't find Lys - could you give me directions from the moongate? I did find one directly east from the moongate with a single box. I brought it, only to have it blind stolen two seconds later. Damnation!

That was Lys probably.
She is locates on the same screen as Yew Moongate - West side.
