I believe it is the only one. IT was given out as a reward for the scavenger hunt Shane did during the 3 year anniversary events. I only saw him announce the one glacial statue for one of the rounds of the hunt.
Only other chance of multiples would be if they actually sprinkled them in with the regular statue hand outs. I haven't heard anyone claim to get any alternate hued statue in their backpack from the handout.

I would, but--as I'm sure you've experienced yourself--a large number of people seem either skittish or just disinterested in doing things via the actual thread, thus I'm currently trying to work out a trade via pm.
