Can you solo this guy? I see him all over (recently in Ice dungeon near Arctic OL) and only tried to fight him once.

I'm guessing that you have to use pets, and provo doesn't work on him.

Any methods for taking him down would be appreciated.

Saw him in Despise first level earlier this morning

Killed him in wrong a bit ago. He can be beat using hit and run any template. He doesn't regenerate health quickly so just keep beating on him.

Pets actually don't do that well against it. Like TheFallen said, hit and run is the best way to go. Look out for those little black holes that pop up, the explosions come next

2+ are best in order to meditate if you are a mage or flip/flop the damage/tanking as he hits hard. Takes about 4-5 mins, but he is doable with 2 people. Archers are nice because you do not need to cast/meditate. NO PETS.
