whats the best place and monster to train provo between 90-100?

Go to a rune library, almost all of them have a rune right to it.

yea i had some troubles finiding it i just ran around lvl 1 till i found the room that is posted above, dont bring to much because this is where the "real good" PK's like to come and kill newb, afk bards in training. i usually went with 2 instruments and 10 of each regs to heal,cure, and tele up onto the table

Are you still able to tele onto the bard tables? I keep getting "location blocked"
Or is there someone who can help me out with a rune or a gate to get onto the tables for a mark?
