no idea, the set is brand new so "in theory" all pieces should be repairable since I got all of them after the admins made them repairable.

But again, I wouldn't wear it for pvp/pvm anyways, it gives a crappy 25 ar, it's just a show off piece (imho)

Will check the dex loss as soon as i get home from work. Don't think there's any.

Never had a dexer in my whole UO career so I have no idea about any armor ratings/dex penalities for anything other than leather AR
