I'll be on in 2 hours. I'm gonna do some number crunching.. and this whole taxation idea has got me nervous. If they put taxes on us can we revolt? Because that feature would be appreciated. :)

lol - taxation isnt a bad thing. especially with the idea that you dont 'lose' your gold but rather gets allocated to the gold sink vendor.

Tax is a terrible thing as there is no greater good or public service that the money would be going towards. Gold sinks and bound items/consumables is the way to go. Reduce the amount of ingots mined on the server side, reduce magic weapon drops, etc. But ffs leave our gold alone!

No you lose your gold. There's no tax return.They give items that eeveryone else can also get making you spend gold on items not of your choice. And taxing doesn't keep the rich from getting richer. They can still farm PS and what not. Things that are not gold. Or buy and sell with dono coins.
