From what I can tell the weapons sell for ~200k each, or 4mil for all 20 charges.
So I'd like to get at least 3 million for the hammer, that's a 500k discount so I think it's a pretty good price, especially since you'll have the hammer to yourself and can make and bless a new weapon once a week for 20 straight weeks if you so choose.
Alternatively, if you don't have a smith and don't want to bother crafting them yourself I'm willing to make 20 weapons (non faction) for you for 3mil.
I'll also be throwing a 105, 110 and 115 smithing powerscrolls in for free, because I'm generous, not because I have way too many of them.
