Thank you for your assistance Knights! You fought well. And now we have another common enemy together!
But yes, it was dumb of me. I got caught up in the event, and forgot how crappy some people can be. Lesson learned but the show of generosity after and the number of people wanting to help me reminded me of why I love this place.

Unfortunately we just held it this past friday - the next event will be Dec 30, 2016! Sign ups start at 9:00pm EST and jousting begins at 9:30pm EST (hopefully haha - started at 10 last time while we extended signups for a gate that staff kindly opened for us to Brit at 9:30)

Aye, please, @Duumb Lusk that would be excellent to have a doorman at tonights event. If ye are the only one, man the door on the inside tonight and merely keep ruffians outside; manually allow guests in and use the authority given ta control the crowds using the remove thyself command or ban if need be for repeat offenders. We'll man the top floor. Thank ye kindly, m'friend, 'tis a blessing ta have the aid of yar Company at our events *salutes*

2. An excellent lineup tonight gave way for some amazing moments and red line-winners!

3. And in the end, our Champion was crowned! Ellaria Windhelm! Congratulations, Lady Ellaria!
4. The after-party soon ended up at the Sosarian Merchant's Guild's local pub, the 'Ontop of Yew' tavern hosted by @Firecrest and Mountain Puncher!
But only after a few ales in were we ambushed by Orcs and a chase ensued that lead to a battle royal back on familiar grounds, South of the tavern back at ground zero - the Valley! Orcs are everywhere!
Such is the life of a Knight! Huzzah!

Excellent Joust this eve at the Hailstone Castle. 8 jousters came out for the event, 2 of which were returning Champions. Even had an Ork Suit up and ride the lanes. Good crowd, good ale, even some good gambling.
Congratulations ot Macias, now 2 time Champion of the Joust.

We started off with some porch-pvp between Knights gettin warmed up! Til some orcs showed up and ran us back inside haha:
2. Before the event began, we held a small pop-promotion for @Talmanes to Knight Sergeant!
Make us proud, Knight!
3. We kicked off the event with the Ceremonial Opener between Talmanes and our guild Champion, @Rick Steves !
And our new Sergeant proved his metal this eve! But this won't be the last we hear of Rick tonight..
4. And so, the games began! A pristine display of jousting this evening!
5. And then our joust came to an epic battle of Orc vs Knight! Rick Steves vs Xug'Kurmbag! The Shadowclan member displayed an amazing amount of honor in taking on a suit of platemail specially designed to fit an Orcs build! Huzzah, Orcs! *raises mug* Next time we'll have wolves here fer ye! Haha!
Well done, Captain Rick Steves! The Orcs are going to be worthy opponents!
Uhm, did anyone else catch that little pixie named Vixie floating around all night whispering rhymes in peoples ears? Haha, someone must have given her a whole piece of candy!
6. And the night carried on with the rest of the jousts!
The shot heard round the castle that night! And no, I don't mean the Orc fart (which the pixie obviously has confused with a human in platemail thus her remark, neverminding his face at such a distance...)
