What is it?
This will be a bi-weekly event hosted by The Knight's Guild. This event is open to the public to attend and participate in. FNFK's will be held every other Friday. This is for the JOUSTING Events ONLY. More info coming soon on Jousting Leagues. See our Dueling Dungeon Events page HERE.

Signups @ 9:00pm Eastern US Time
Starts @ 9:30pm Eastern US Time
Ends @ Whenever

The Event Schedule is as follows:
Friday, June 2, 2017 - Joust
Friday, June 16, 2017 - Joust
Friday, June 30, 2017 - Joust
Friday, July 14, 2017 - Joust
And so on... This is the event schedule for the Jousts (Not Duels)!
Duels and Jousts will be alternating events every Friday.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
- There will be one winner weekly for the Joust events.
- Winner takes home 250k minimum!
- Jousters must bring a lance from the Gold Sink vendor and their own armor (best you have!).
- You MUST bring a mount to compete or you cannot enter.
- Participants pay an entry fee of 20k to enter either tournament.
- Participants sign up and pay at the registration area on the third floor outside the jousting drag.
- Participants are required to show up at 9:00pm Eastern time to register before the event starts.
- A tournament ladder will be created based on the number of participants at each event and posted on the "Fight Knight Discord Server" by 9:30pm when the event starts.




SECURITY:

We will do our best to police the activity during the event to prevent thieves, PK's and griefers from looting or stealing, but cannot guarantee 100% safety of everyone's personal items - please do not bring anything too epic you can't afford to lose in case someone were to be so crappy as to loot and recall after a duel, for instance! Offenders will be banned from all future events! Ye have been warned!





HOW TO JOUST: MELEE ONLY

1. Each jouster brings their own armor and lance purchased from the Gold Sink vendor for 20k!
2. Each jouster starts at opposing sides of the drag and sprints to the other, swinging as they pass each other.
3. Each jouster must go the whole way to the end of the drag and may only run back once their opponent has reached the other side as well.
4. This continues until a rider falls off his horse and a victor advances to the next round.

We do not permit combat outside of the jousts but can not GUARANTEE your safety or that you won't be statted by someone. We will do our best to keep all players civil at these events.

The joust should be fast paced and cheap to enter so hopefully lots of people show up. The prize for winning the tournament is a MINIMUM of either 20k cash or an item of equal or greater value. If it's a good turnout, we'll keep the entree fee 5K to joust but increase the prize value for sure. If 20 people sign up for the first event, that's 100k we collected so you can bet the prize will be far more than 20k ;)

GUESTS ARE FREE! Only the jousters pay to compete!

Gambling will be interesting to see how it goes or if anyone places bets. Being that the equipment is provided for you, it should even the playing field quite a bit for each jouster and make the gamble more... well, of a gamble.

Just show up! We will provide the jousters with armor and give them a selection of jousting weapons to choose from based on their skills (swords/mace/fencing) and provide a mount if they do not have one of their own (ethy's acceptable).

Just remember - Jousters must show up early at 9:00 to sign up and get their armor/weapon for the joust.
