Fresh Account House Transfer

Made a new account to xfer one of my houses to so that I can place or buy one on my main account.

Requirements are 1200 skill points and "1 day" of "in game time".

This account has been logged in for over 36 real time hours, and has 1700+ skill points total.

Is the skill point cap "regular" listed skill points or "real" skill points?

I cant xfer my house...Says the new account doesnt meet the requirements but unless the 1200 skill point cap is "real" 1200 then... I dont understand....

I've been macroing up stupid shit as well like spirit speak and arms lore because they are quick. Ill go buy a bunch of skills to hasten the process....I gotta be really close by now. If its 1200 real skill then that's my answer.

Ok so I have 1300+ real skill, over 36 hours (real life hours) of in game time and Im still getting the message that I dont meet the requirements to own a house?

Any other suggestions? Im lost.....

Finally was able to xfer after screwing around for another 45 mins and buying more skills. Not sure what the holdup was but I had 1300+ real and 36+ hours.

Whatever.....fixed now Ty all fort he advice
