Forgot my password

I forgot the password to log into UOF. I can log into the website and forums fine, but that password wont work for the client. Can anyone help?

This link no longer works. I am having the same problem, the password I am sure I used isnt working and I cant reset. Also cant create a new character with a new account, it just gets stuck at the destination city selection

Not the original password portion, I just created a new account and was able to finally get it past the destination city selection. I am just worried now that my original account, that I cant access is counted as one of my accounts.
