Forced Name Change

So when I logged on last night it immediately prompted me to change my name and wouldn't let me do anything until I did.. I have had the name on that character for over a month. It was not offensive whatsoever. Could I get an explanation why this happened?

There was a problem with the name filter list. I have corrected it. Page in to have name corrected.

I had same thing, the fact i had to change my name makes me think the name filter list is homophobic - shame on "it".
