What skill you need to fish up anything good and are there any tricks to gaining skill or just fish fish fish

One trick that I used to gm fishing was to fish in destard where there is a body of water. Fishing inside a dungeon helps speed up the process as fishing takes forever on the docks in Brit. Careful for grinders though. Don't bring anything special with you
