Fishing bugged?

Spent a few hours fishing today, noticed some weird behavior. Lots of time I would get messages like "You fish up a special fishing net!" except I wouldn't get anything at all. Sometimes I got a serpent at the same time as a message like "You fish up a wet piece of parchment", but the serpent wouldn't have a MIB or anything on it. Seems buggy.

hmm well the only thing I can think of is that the serps may have gotten mixed up because the ones from the green nets could have been the empty ones. I think it's the most likely thing.

Also, the 'wet piece of parchment' should be a level 1 tmap, not a mib. That could be it.
