IN THE OLD DAYS (90s osi) people were able to polymorph into a woman, put the armor on, and when the spell wore off the male would still be wearing it.

However, runuo will unequip the armor.

I would love to see this changed for nostalgia purposes etc, but fear that im probably one of a small minority of players who even remember that happening

Male armor is unisex. Female armor is specific for female. What is so hard to understand? This is how armor is in real life, generally. Besides, the female armor is so silly it would offer no actual protection. Who really cares. And if they start allowing drag on this server I am done.

Think swimwear or undergarments...sure a man could wear a bikini, or a bra...but it would be pointless and weird...if a female wears a pair of male swimming trunks it really doesnt even really matter. It is not that hard. I assumed this was trolling, but people are taking it serious and talking about devs fixing it? That can't be serious...

Female armor has just as good as AR as the unisex armor. I use it all the time on my female characters.

Personally I think it is stupid that males can wear female armor now. Now there will not be an overabundance of cheap female armor for sale. As far as I know, this is the only thread on this so because of the OP, they made this change. SMH

Bleh, its a positive change. Why should you have advantage just because you play a female character? A small advantage of being able to utilize armor that is dropped for female only, but an advantage nonetheless. I hate getting armor drops from females that cannot even be worn, glad ive been saving the invuln stuff.

That's like saying that you are upset that because a mob dropped a bow instead of a fencing weapon, it is unfair that you cannot use archery weapons. If you want to use archery weapons, get archery. If you want to wear women's clothing, make your character a female. There is no advantage to be had here -- just different items for different builds. Bleh to you.
