Since my italian friend who i started the Casino is waiting for account confirmation for typing on forum i'm copying and pasting his suggestion here.
Balanced Militia System:3 milita stones in wbb safe zone, joinable by one character per account, the 3 accounts must be denounced to staff via discords,and the 3 players will be linked and added into the SAME militia, and updating the full militia roasters in uoforever.com , every attempt to play constantly a four account will be easily noticed by the players->council->staff,and player will be insta kicked out of milita on his fake fourth toon,and temporanely jailed on his regular 3 linked chars. Number of militians per stone will be balanced, bigger militia will close recruiting, after a determinate % of the total militians in it.

Militian members with 700 skillpoints,can not leave (absolutely) before 7 real days, and a warning window will be announcing clearly that to them before confirming the ‘join militia’ a second time.

Silver system + punkte : same as faction in terms of gaining / loosing, when a militia is done capping 51% gruesome or regstone all militians will receive 1 kill point + 30 silver in the pack. -

Militian Titles : depending on punkte, same as faction.

Silver : can be spent for Blessing a piece of armour (barbed or metal)or a weapon (melee bows) exceptional made for 1 week (runics allowed), or to place traps, or to buy armoured shrouds and helmet patches. Everything else like rares/relics or unique pixels in general is really not necessary, and will affect fairplay.

Blessing : will be made from militia options directly from paperdoll (also Place a trap option must be in there), it will drain the silver and start the 7 days bless period, no more need to craft it with the silver etc… just have that barbed runic suit / or runic weapon and the silver on you and you are done.

Punkte : are there only for the ladder, and the titles, and ofc for spawning more silvers. Apart that no a real use of them.

Smart Track System : in real life, 12 horses groups are noisy and can be heard from really far when theyr global percection would be low, when 2 horses can be silent and listen more accurately. ->so bigger is the group bigger will go ‘outgoing’ trackin, and smaller will be the ‘incoming’ tracking. This will prevent ebolt railing, and balance a little bit smaller teams or solos.

Traps : they will require to sacrifice one militia slot for the tinker/carpenter or whatever as in factions, but they have limit charges, 1 min 4 max, , 3 kinds of traps, explosion 70% of life down unresistable (only on stomper non area damage) or lethal poison, or stick traps (will cause 3 seconds stun unpouchable) all the traps must have a cooldown on re-activate of 3 seconds, and 4 tiles area minimum distancee between each other trap. Clearly a 4 charges trap will cost x4 times a 1 charge in terms of silver. Lethal poison should be the cheaper, others 2 should cost the same, and one tinker/carpenter cant have more than 4 total actives traps at the moment

No Extra perk at champs, i think about it more,and it's really a bad idea, it will clearly affect the fairplay.
All the same militias players will be able to chat each other, like in an alliance.
