Acquired this in a trade, not sure where it comes from or its worth, any ideas?

Acts like a normal book, name can be changed, pretty neat I thought.

I bought mine for 650k because it's a perfect fit for the redecorating i'm in the middle of.

That's what I was willing to pay on the spot right after the event though. Hard to know how many there are and I likely overpaid. I just wanted to guarantee I got one.
