F1 = Codex of Wisdom?

Made a new character and for some reason when i set my f1 hotkey i get this window also.. has never happened before and i can't seem to find it under hotkeys to delete it. HALP

Borrowing thread, was also hoping to find out how to get rid of the "Codex of wisdom" and it worked like a charm to uncheck "pass to uo"

Then I was curios what "pass to uo" does? I always used it couse I didnt think the hotkey would work without that, but this proved me wrong.
Its the same in Uosteam as Razor.

I dont use it, but It seems to be as default on F1, didnt know how to get rid of it before. but now I do. Was more wondering what "pass to uo" does.
But after a little trying it seemes to block clients hotkeys if it isnt checked. Like if I have a client macro on F2 "Bandage self" for example and then make a macro in razor/uosteam and put it on the same key. So if "pass to uo" is checked the game will both make the razor macro and the client macro, if its not checked it will only play the razor macro.
