Your suggestion sucks.
No one would shine without explosion potions because you can't kill anyone without them.
Perhaps before you start throwing around the word "logical change" you should detail how exactly these "skilled players" would shine if they were to be nerfed.
Are you implying that by nerfing explosion potions, people would immediately become capable of killing someone with a healing mage?
Sometimes I wonder if people actually use their brains, or just type a bunch of words and hope for the best.
Skilled players would be distinguishable because they would land explode pots, whereas now one button and no timing is required. And if having alchemy and explode pots is truly the only way to kill someone(it's not), then that shines even greater light on how alchemy is required in a template. Maybe other changes need to happen, but everyone having alchemy highlights a broken aspect of this game.
So no one cares that 95% of players on this server have alchemy because it's blatantly broken? Almost no one PvPs without Alchemy. Near ebolt damage on the run is overpowered, period. Couple that with spammable and you have yourself some awful PvP. UO was never like this, ever. Need a cooldown timer or some sort of damage reduction. Why is there an alchemy bonus to begin with? That was post trammel.
I agree that the explotion pots on the run is extremely gimpy, but easy enough solution for me is, not to pvp as I do not want to play alchy mage, So I simply don't waste my time. I do think its a bit overpowered to get hit for 20 dmg from someone who seems to be speedhacking chucking pots at you for 20+ dmg every 3 seconds. Clearly thats the way its intended to work, and 90% of people who pvp use it, So trying to get it tweaked down just ain't going to happen as everyone who uses it will flip out saying it is fine. Just go pvm if dont wanna deal with the gimpy shit.
Edit - Regarding the 29 damage heal pot as you said above... Not every heal pot heals for 20+ Some only heal for 10 (which happens alot). Also in case you haven't noticed, a heal potion has a 10 second cool down . Does your exp pot have a 10 second cool down between uses? I think not.

zerg is OP? lol... make it so if you have more than 5 friends playing with you, you cant ride a mount.
