Slight blockage along the first row of tiles that covers the steps. No aggressive spawn whatsoever.
As stated in the title, the 14x11 has an agapite vein and a valorite vein that can be mined from the front steps. Pretty sexy, really.
Entertaining very generous offers/trade on these as a pair. Very well just may hold onto them as I've been in the 18x18 for a while, maybe 2 years? I bought and replaced the 14x11 recently for maximum size and mineage.
Bonus: taking offers on the Halloween Torture Chamber seen in the first picture. Never seen one for sale on the server, from 2 Halloweens ago I believe.
