They are always in demand.

50-100gps each is reasonable.

Hell, I buy them because I make rune books. If ya make a couple hundred, I'd probably buy them off ya for a good price.

All scrolls go for about 50-100gps each. Keep in mind that NPCs only carry certain scrolls so those that they do not need to be looted from mobs or made by scribes -- these are usually the scrolls that sell well.
