I do not aspire to be the cheapest available in the market, but I do aspire to be the biggest supplier. The prices below are to be considered starting prices and are open for negotiation if you are willing to make large orders. There is also a vendor available at Vesper Mall to pickup orders in case it's proven challanging to meet up due to timezone difference (EU). My vendor has prestocked deeds of 3,000 Iron (26,000 gp) and 3,000 Wood (8,500 gp) most of the time if you urgently need them.

I put 8k iron on the vendor and restocked the rest. Chances are it will be gone by the weekend but let me know if you were able to get it.
