Emote sounds

I have seen several players using emote with sound like "woohoo" and it makes the associated sound. Yet when I do it I get no sound for when I emote it.

I am typing ' : {space} woohoo'
I get the typed emote msg *woohoo* but no sound with it.

Are there sound files that I need to download and place in the UO folder for this to work?
If so, where can I get them?
