WTB Ebolt Scrolls ! Point me at a vendor ??

G'day.

So long story short - I don't have any scribe toons. Would love to get some ebolt scrolls (20 or so) to toss into slayer spellbooks, but I'll be damned if I can ever find any anywhere !

Anybody know a vendor selling these ??

Not sure I'm understanding here...and not to cut into Dax's profit, but as an FYI, you don't need spells in the slayer spellbook to cast the spell. As long as you have a spellbook (probably all 64 spells) in your backpack already, that is where the spell is cast from...the slayer spellbook just needs to be equipped to get the slayer property. Hope that makes sense?

Just pure laziness on my part, that I like to just carry the elemental slayer spellbook.... It's for my legendary miner. Often I've got the book out of my hands, and now those Earth Elementals pop up so suddenly - I'd rather just hit the spell and make sure that it's the slayer book that automatically goes into my hands. ( if that makes sense, lol )

Now that I have to carry regs with me, I can't afford the weight luxury of armour as well - and want to dispatch the ellies as quick as possible before they hammer my health bar too greatly, while also kicking me out of stealth. And obviously, I'm not out needing a lot of the other spells as he exclusively mines ore, not adventuring.

My miner is also my lumberjack. I just mine with my ax in my hand so when these elementals pop up i can auto attack and not interrupt my mining macro. That said, can't you mine with the slayer spell book already in your hand? Derp, just saw where you mention it is often out of your hand. What assistant are you using, Razor or UOSteam? You can make a macro that will always equip the slayer book.

..and I never actually thought about that. Although I'm so loaded with Razor macros as it is for all my toons, this way almost seems easier than trying to find any more convenient keyboard bindings ! :D

if you go two houses just to the east of yew moon gate you'll see a 3 story, brown, wooden house with vendors dressed in black and green. They are on the vendor with a recall scroll on the table in front of it I have put them in piles of 25 so, you don't have any problems carrying them.

I read this in the update about the spawns during mining. Kind of bummed as my miner has 0 combat skills.

Yeah, I have been away for a year or so but you could back then. Hit up WBB and take some ports from the merchants there, I seem to recall ETC selling them at their megamall.

I was offering that as a suggestion for your miner... thought maybe you might have enough magery to cast the EV's from scrolls - one EV will take out a non paragon Earth Elly. Cheers.

Yeah kinda took me by surprise when I came back; first one I pulled up was a Paragon.

This is a good suggestion if you have the points in Magery. If you don't, you could always train up a Blue Beetle and use them to take out the normal Earth Elementals and just hop on it and run away when you pull up a Paragon one.
