The Lost Lands are currently not active on UOF. There has been past discussions of opening it up upon reaching a certain consistent player base.

I believe regardless of population T2A is going to remain event-only as per Shane's commentary in threads discussing the potential for opening up the lost lands.

All the devs try to make decisions based on what is best for the long term life of the server. Sometimes that means making hard choices and sticking to your decisions. We have new people coming in every day. We should be thanking them not QQ.

I'm glad there's no lost lands, the main reason UOF is a good shard is because the 500+ players are forced to play in the confines of a smaller world. It's the reason you actually see players walking around on your screen no matter what screen you're on, give or take, plus or minus. There are tons of shards out there with tons of areas to explore and no player base, which equals a ghost town.
The current player per screen is still not where official UO was at during it's peak times but it's getting there, and I would say it's the most active shard worldwide including any shard on the official servers, could be wrong about that but the last time I logged into UO for the free 1 month vet thing I saw 97% gold sellers there, 1% afk banksitters, 1% mute players probably non-english speakers stocking vendors and 1% book droppers from the book dropping guild which shall not be named, pretty famous guild but also pretty much the worst UO guild in the history of UO.

I LOVE Delucia though, it is pretty much the only disappointment with this shard, not to be able to play there. 
I remember summoning elementals outside Del to GM magery, while heaps of folks killed them as fast as I summoned them for their gains; and the reds would come and attack and pick people off or get chased away. All the mining, man I miss that. The approach to Ophidians/Terathans. The desert and fire in the north. The Titan Valley and the nightmares next to it. And off to the east or north east, on an island, there is a large oval empty area that is perfect for tournaments and guild events.
Miss it, please bring it.
