I was taking the training into account. Bear is 5x and that takes time. I value to my time so I'll pay for most of the work being done for me.

well honestly it doesn't take much time.
I'd guess the 2 missing skills are magery and resist, which are the only "hard" ones to train.
You can get gm in the other 5 skills in no time just while farming.
I had offered him 150 before finding that other mare for 50k and he refused
