Since i got a lot of request and it's quite hard to be alway online i'll leave some set inside the vendor.
It is next to Moonglow east fence, you can easily buy in a safe guard zone and it's really close to the bank.

Bought a set today. Quick trade all books/runes well named. Also all runebooks came dyed, bonus!!!

I marked them using a public library as a base. I didn't use a macro so i was marking "by hand".
When i saw that 2 locations were close (seemed the same) i checked another library to be sure it was ok.
In a couple of case i noticed there was an error and i used the other library.
Also, there were cases where the order in library weren't correct, i adjusted the order in my books.
Atm i didn't receive any negative feedback from buyers, but if you do so i ll steadily check the possible error and provide a new correct runebook for free
