FYI, for those of you who plan to take part in his future "lottos." "Grand prize" was a pair of forever slippers and 2 boxes of 500 dono coins. Dude decides to leave out the fact that the other 17 200k boxes are completely empty..
so you decide to tell people afterwards "oh man, i guess i should have said most boxes were empty."

Well, that's a sore loser. Man, I told you the post was self explanatory. The prizes were listed before the lottos happened, so I don't see what you wanted to win.
The was another prize, a dude named Gil PMed me on the forums telling me he had won the Golden Skirt. This lotto had a couple statues, one 300k check 1k dono coins.
Prizes were: Golden Skirt, Forever Slippers, 300k check, 1k dono coins, and some statues.
Last winner bought 4 boxes and got his PW Half Apron for 800k. Not a bad deal for him
This time, someone got Forever Slippers and Golden Skirt. Not sure how many boxes they bought.
We will just have to wait until they post.

At first, I was surprised this was legal and thought nobody would buy these boxes. Then I thought about it more and this is genius. The crappy part is this opens up the possibility of some major scams but I suppose that is the risk you take.
The only way this would work is with an established player who is willing to put his reputation on the line and thankfully Duckworth is. It is a cool innovative way to sell things that are not selling on the forums.

I really don't need to go around scamming people. I make my own money.
As I said, it's a risk you take. The same risk I'm taking trusting people wont simply win an item and come here as soon as possible telling everyone the top prize is gone. I would end up with empty boxes and thus lose money.
Winners have been satisfied and would gamble again from what they tell me so it's all good to me.

this is a very entertaining and risky way of acquiring high end items. only for the brave! i partook, and lost 400k. but what i might have walked away with. and Duckworth is my friend and i still tried to get the cheap goods. lol. you win some and you, lose some.

i got the forever slippers and i bought 3 boxes - HOWEVER the slippers were in the first box i bought lol
One other box had a statue in it and then the 3rd one was garbage. Still fun /shrug

My understanding is that you cannot scam on the forums or on irc. And there has been lottos shut down in the past for scamming.

And Atropos, way to troll the thread. As stated in the OP, only one of the top prizes would be included in the lottos. Boxes are 200k each, not 100k. Get your facts straight before posting, if you´re not participating, please do not post.
I have gotten great feedback. Not everyone takes well losing some money after risking to win big.
