@Shane my suggestion for subbing would be obviously a monthly amount of dono coins, which you could pay for anyhow, but also something semi cosmetic like a hooded robe with 5% luck on it or something. It's not a "pay to win" item so to speak, but it would give you a small extra % chance at a better drop or something? Or it could be like a +1 AR or something. A ring that allows you to self rez once per day. Slower house decay for subs. The ideas are endless.

You could also tier them like the dono, 6 months sub gets you a robe 5% luck, 1 year gets you a cape with another 5% luck, 2 years blessed sandles or the casa or something bro, that way it doesn't "flood the market" with items. It could be done. These things are not major increases and can easily be overcame by the non-subbers with a little more effort.

I dunno, something to chew on, I for one would sign up immediately for subbing on top of the occasional dono purchase and you have to admit, completely optional subbing helps keep a reliable and steady income coming in for your staff and yourself.
no on "luck" items.
you already have a candle that sends you to healer once a day.

@Shane On a serious note I notice you update the vendors pretty regularly is there a timeline you try to keep as far as how often you update the vendor.

Was reading all the stuff that the donation vendors have and or have had and it's pretty cool.

Any plans for throw back Thursday where you can get items for like a day that are no longer available or would that have too much of an impact on donation items rates.

We have an ungodly amount of items from previous donation updates honestly.
A lot of them will not be seen again here on UO FOREVER to be truthful, which ones? I won't say exactly, but i see it as a "thank you" to those who have supported us for our first couple years here.

I update the vendors based on the players request lately, and that's about it... it can range from 1 month, to 1 and a half months...

I usually can Gage pretty well when it needs to be done such as right now (soon) it needs to be done here.

It depends on the time of year honestly, and i think having a hands on approach is what makes it unique.

Nice sounds like a fairly solid system.

So if I dream up some crazy idea for a donation item just post it and if it is well received we might see it that sounds pretty cool.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
