I dont think its even close to 150m. not even over 100m. I know one ageless sold for under 70m 6 months ago and guild island sold for under 100m

Well i liked asshats math better but this does sound more reasonable. Still dont think i would let it go for less than 100m but its nice to know, thanks.

Well one of the nicest ones sold for around 70m and a whole private island with the ability to place 1 30x30 and multiple 18x18 and a few smaller ones sold for under 70m

To 95% of the server 70 million is a lot of Gold still to this date. At the time the Raffle island sold. there might of been 10 people on the server with that amount of gold liquid.

if you want to sell a ageless island house i will pay 150 mil

if you want to sell dono raffle island i will pay 200 mil

if you have a normal island house that has to be refreshed i will pay 75 mil


there someone is willing to pay these amounts for these houses/islands.

you can tag this post and i will pay what i offer for these.

also i know of at least 20+ people that could have over 100 mil easily.

lol i ruff quote a year ago ish off the top of my head and did not know i was in a pissing match over values and a llama, which i got told by the creator that he figured they were worth 2-3m each.
