Does Vivify Relic summons get dispelled by mobs?

imo the vivify relic's % chance @lvl 1 should be a 10% chance to summon the deamon, lvl 2 should be 20%, lvl 3 should be 30%, etc

But then it would take forever to level, 10% chance means 1 cast out of 10 casts of 8th circle spell will only gain you 1 point of experience.

It should go 60% till level 6 then increase 10% for each level afterwards.
