Derailed to..... Meta Pet XP Loss While AFK / Death

So I did start a new thread in regards to this (sorry for assisting in the hijack..) This was debunked by Adam. Shane was misinformed, they do not lose exp if you're away from them. They will not revert levels unless an admin manually does so (if you're afk training it or something of that nature) so no fret as far as that goes.

He's inquired about that on other thread, it is entirely possible it was manually reverted for "xyz" reasons... not sure. Adam said its 100% not possible to revert in an automated fashion, any such thing would have to be done by an admin.. or possibly a bug (which I doubt).

You obviously aren't a software developer..

Software Developer, no... but I'm familiar enough with coding to know there are funky things that happen... that being said... I don't think it was a bug. It's much more likely it was manually done by an admin.

Fire breathing beetle...sure, why not?

So I am going to follow up on my meta plight as someone saw my pet while it was off on its own. I misinterpreted their account the first time around.

What happened was my meta unbonded. It shouldn't have. It was a rapid unbond. Much more rapid than the usual 12 hour unbond timer. Why this was I cannot be sure but apparently my meta was kind of wandering around where I left it. I wonder if it lost loyalty faster than normal because of this?

Anywho it did not regress back through the stages as I had originally thought. It was still stage 3 when it went "wild" and reverted back to egg form.

Just wanted to clarify this, and suggest maybe staff look into the "loyalty loss timer" if that's what you wanna call it.
