Demolishing House Plot

If I demolish a customized house, will I receive a full refund(including the customization), or just the plot value?

Full refund I believe BUT to be sure - just go into customization and clear the whole thing before demo'ing it.

You'll get whatever amount is listed under "House Value" in the house sign, which includes plot value + customizations
