It was already hard to find and place max plot before, it takes lots of effort and dedication and the the price imo is quite low compare to other rare commodity in game i.e. relic, metas and high end PS. It's only fair if plot price move up to be more in line with other items.

I agree, Idocs are seriously dumb.... just another thing nitpicked to the T, to discourage continuous gameplay. seems like everything UO grew up to be has been altered or changed mechanically here once a certain group grabs control of it.

There has always been nowhere to place houses..... BOTH of those keeps sold for less than 30 mill not even a year ago, very ideal spot.... yet ANYTHING in this game is worth whatever price tag you put on it. Supply and demand

you see the same 100+ people on a dail/weekly but 3/4 of the world is filled with dirt plots..... this is an outrage... bring back was it....? KiKi and Parsnips Real Estate?? These new kids are Donald Trump to me.......

I think the "Demand" part is the part you don't understand.
It doesn't matter HOW limited the supply, if nobody demands a keep.
IF there was no Demand at 18m, demand doesn't go up when the price goes up. It's the opposite. Someone failed Economics 101.

If there is demand; and supplies are low prices will climb.
If there is no demand, prices drop regardless of supply.
Raising the price, isn't "Supply and Demand" It's speculations, with flawed logic. People didn't suddenly have more disposable income now vs when the keep was first listed.

Anyway. We can watch and see.

1: This isn't about supply and demand fool, its about the new system in general.. idocers sell the houses here mainly, take the loot from the idocer and they are going to increase plot cost due to lack of loot to sell... its started going up long before i raised the price on this Keep.
2: This is an Auction not a debate so i am not sure why anyone is posting anything in here that isn't a bid.
3: Don't like the price increase on plots over the past while then i suggest you talk to staff not me.

I will be starting a new Thread on this in a short while and i HOPE we can keep it to Bids ONLY this time.. Thanks all ;)

the pricee of the keep in such prime location is super cheap. House price is at all super cheap for most spots.


The last 2 max storage i did buy i payed 20m each and both did feel like a steal.


If $ would decite to take over the IDOC scene again we would instand set the price for max storage to a fair price of 15m. Its not even gone take long till ppl easy pay it.

If you can wait a few weeks you will sell this for 20+ easy.

What if an IDOC doesn't have items worth while in it but it's a Max plot would it still effect the price as if it had stuff in it worth millions?


I know there are some people who just comb the map and place large plot without even waiting for a house to drop.

lmao, housing has always been super duper cheap on this server. Except 30x30 and 24x24s

I agree this keep might be worth 20, but the standard 18x18 for 15m is typical Girana crack induced bs
