No those ones say defender of Skara Brae and have brimstone hue. These are just the rarer brown dragon heads that drop from regular dragons/wyrms.

The Troll Trophy is around 100K, because you'll need a Taxidermy Kit to make them. This one you can buy for 100K at Tanner NPCs.
Rope is like 10-15K.
What kind of boat is in there?

Troll heads also drop on trolls so they only sell for about 30k, rest of the taxidermy trophies do sell for 75-100 though.
