What are the youthful. Never seen one

from what I understand my buddy got them when the server opened. Not sure if thats primarily because he was Young at the time.

Youthful tmaps can only be completed by young players, so maybe they only drop for young players as well. Or maybe it was phased out and now they're rare. I can't say for certain, but I really haven't seen any other ones than these in the last couple years, so if they are rare then they might sell well to people who feel they need them to complete their tmap box.
