2nd floor includes : Tailoring room, and Crafting room with a large forge and anvil
3rd floor includes : Wet Bar, Jacuzzi whirlpool bath, Sit down couch, T.V. , bed and amenities.
4th Floor : Huge roof top pool, and pool table area

This is a great area, ocean backyard, no spawn and less neighbors!
Also a 7x11 is available right next door for storage.
