Is there a guideline for selling items that are still available on the donation vendors? Would 150k per 1k dono coin be fair or too high?

If the items are still on the dono vendor you should go by the current rate of 170-180k per 1k dono.
Unfortunately someone would expect that if they are no longer on the dono vendor they would increase in price but it's a very difficult market these days. Most players tend to be forced to sell at lower prices to get rid of older, less desirable dono items to buy newer ones. It's a vicious circle =)
