create a new character

I have a young account and every time i create a new character it freezes when i launch to brit. why?

I have 3 characters, 2 i messed up on and i don't want anymore.

each account comes with 3 character slots. (you can buy more via the goldsink vendor).

you're also allowed 3 accts per IP

where is that vendor?

SW of the West Britain Bank. I believe it costs 1m to open an additional character slot. Otherwise, you can also delete characters that have been made after 7 days
