Crafting to Legendary & Repair deeds?

So I know it takes about 20,000 ingots to GM blacksmithing from 50..... Has anyone tried to get to legendary via crafting? If so how many ingots did it take from GM to 120?

Also, I do not notice a difference between my legendary and GM smith repair deeds.... Arms lore doesn't show a difference. Can anyone else shed some light on this topic?

Coming back after a year away, but from what I remember, there is no difference between GM repair and Legendary repair in the same way that there is no difference between GM made items and Legendary made. Legendary just has higher chance of exceptional. Sorry if I'm wrong on this but this is how I remember it.

Its cheaper to spend 200k on 20 bs ss

So i went ahead an bought 20k ingots @ 9 each.... 180k vs 20 scrolls @14k Each 280k

20k ingots took me from 100 to 119 and had one scroll in bank.

Over all... if you have the right macro you should be able to get to legendary for 194k (buying one scroll)

These .1 ss are inflating values of +1 ss for sure

Honesty I seem to pull better BODS on my gm tailor than my 120.
