WTB Craft stuff, mining house/ PS's / Ingots & Leather

just starting my first ever crafter and theres a few things im going to need. A small house neer a mountain or valley or something that has decent home mining. i have a small tower 15 secs north of Vesper bank to trade if anyone is interested. also need 105 mine,smith, tailor PS's to start. and would be interested in buying iron ingots and regular leather if the prices are good.

Gonna be needing ingots pretty quick here. 10k went faster than i was expecting.. how much is usuall per ingot and leather? also looking for a orc pickaxe i think its called and mining gloves..
