I would like to know :
When I discover a new place, a message from the system tell me that I have won coppers ... but I do have nothing in my bag.
How can I please recover the reward?

ahhh, i think you're talking about conquest points. It acts as sort of an achievement system, there's no physical items for it.
However, if you open your paperdoll and double click on the star above your character. You can view your current conquest points/progress
