Connection lost since move to new server.

Ive been getting some connection lost errors since the move to the new server...... randomly my character stops moving and CANNOT move but I can still watch everything around me move and attack me and kill me. This last for about 15 seconds then I get "connection lost" and have to relog in. Not even ONE conn lost on the old server and you can see from my tracert that my connection to the server is good.

Ok I let a ping - t run to the uoforever server for 12 hours. ZERO packet loss. This also never happened on the other server or any other game or website or anything.
