WTS Coastal Keep on the edge of Destard Swamps (CLOSED)

Selling this coastal keep on behalf of @SirLothar. It is located right on the edge of the swamps south of Destard and has a nice sea view. The entrance to the keep doesn't see much spawn but you'll find a savage hunting ground around the back. There is no obstruction from the neighbouring plots.

Minimum Bid Increment 50k
Gold preferred but will accept donation coins at 155k gold per 1k dono.

Ill keep watching the thread. Im not really looking for something like this, but if the price drops & I feel like im getting a good deal im probably bite. Unless I find an 18 x 18 on grass. I was thinking maybe I could get the spawn out of there by turning it into and 18 x 18 and keeping it at the shore line

Paints only worth 5k :(

Not true.
While savages on ridgebacks are there - the savage ridgeback DOES NOT spawn there.

It spawns in place of a normal ridgeback, at the ridgeback spawn
