Just so it's clear, I will be selling a 30x30 once the clarification comes out that placement rules haven't changed.

I have every intention of converting my clear courtyard castle into a 30x30 and paying the 10m to do so. It will then be promptly sold.

If Wrexx or another serious party would rather buy the castle as it sits they are welcome to do so at 20m OBO.

You're right to try and sell it as a castle imo. 30x30 is not worth more in my opinion than safety when recalling.

I would think that a castle has higher value provided the CY is clear and level, but also easier to get higher value when selling since theres a bigger market of people who don't have the extra 10 mills on top of.

Creating a new thread to sell the castle as is that way Wrexx or whoever can sit on it for a couple weeks if they need to prior to conversion.
