I'd do 20m on a 30x30 any day. Just lemme know when you are tired of bumping this thread in a month, which will be great timing too as I could scrape the funds together by then ;) ;)

The OP says 30m OBO.

A 30x30 hasn't sold, so I don't know what pricing should be.

I guess we'll see if there's a market, but to say people can't afford it is stupid... I have around 16m cash myself and who knows how much in items and I play 2 days a week. There are plenty of people that can afford 20-30m.

I have 30 mill gold and wanting a 30x30. The price will depend on when they announce the clear courtyard rules. If gms will assist you in placing over normal bumps and blockage the price of a 30x30 will drop. If it will require the classic housing rules then 30 mil is a fair price. I waiting this one out for an official announcement.

Don't get me wrong I don't think 30 is crazy over priced, like wrexx said would depend what gms say and from what I've heard in irc I would only value it at the price of a castle in the area plus placement doesn't mean 30 is nuts but it's likely what I'd imagine one in a really really nice loco would fetch I have not seen a pic of this plot maybe it's more epic then I'm thinking

Every comment I've seen (Eppy) says that if the 30x30 follows normal housing rules they will assist with replacing a castle.

Still owe the 10m placement cost and all you get back for the placed castle is a deed, which is clearly almost worthless.

The house in Trin is two linked 18x18s that is a tier reward. Available to anyone who donates a certain amount. It's very cool.

GMs have confirmed to me that they will convert to 30x30.

yeah that makes no sense at all. if someone want to replace a castle with a 30x30 they should do so at their own risk and certainly without GM intervention.
