I love this little house.. I used to come here all the time for the rune library. Want a sweet spot next to Moonglo city?? and its in guard zone.. This could be a vendor house, especially if you put up your own rune library so people like me can continue to come here for ages..

Dang this is my go to house for all of my characters, because of the rune Libr.

mercy.. I had used it a bunch of times also. This one is a tough call for a price, I figure around 500k since its in guard zone area and at the edge of moonglo city.
