Clients freeze when ALT+Tabbing

Some of my friends in the guild are having a lot of trouble with ALT+Tabbing when running razor.
I told them to go into properties - compatability and for windows 7 users to set it to 'Windows vista service package 3' and run Razor as admin as well.
I remember a thread directing people with this problem to use this solution. I can't find this thread and want some help trying to relocate it.
Any input would be appreciated.

I'm not sure, but need to set "windows XP service package 3" and must be setted Razor.exe and client.exe

I use to have the same problem would freeze and Id have a white screen, I went into properties on my uo, compatability and set it for windows xp service pack 2 or 3, and disabled visual themes, and run as admin. I am on windows 7 ultimate, Since changing these settings iv mentioned here I have not had any issues, hope this helps.

Switching to UOSteam is what I did and never looked back.

Turn of windows aero theme .... Use windows 7 basic for instance

I used to crash on razor with "Use smart CPU usage reduction" checked when I played on other servers. Make sure they turn that off

Find razor folder, right click, trash it, install steam. Problem solved.
