Client/Razor Fatal Error

I did a new install of the UOF package and am repeatedly getting an error when I try to change UO settings. For example, when I uncheck "Enable Pathfinding" or "Murder Query" and hit apply. I have attached a photo of the error. This happens each time and force closes the client.

I have reinstalled mutliple times with the same result.
