Client Issues - Old Client?

Hi there, I'm having troubles recognizing the proper client using both UOSteam and Razor. I've tried re-downloading and uninstalling at least 10 times already. I'm getting a dark screen in dungeons and it is telling me I am running an older client, however I've only downloaded the clients from this website. At the login screen, it says I'm using client 7.0.15.1 (Patch 51), so I'm confused as to why it isn't recognizing the client properly. Any suggestions?
Everything is running fine, its only that the dungeons are dark for me, tried to use night sight to see if it was because of that but it wasn't.

Have u tried giving the client administrative rights then running it in another compatibility?... older compatibility?

Yeah, i've set administrator rights to the client and UOSteam, tried running it in all compatibilities but its still not working. I'm running Windows 8.1 using bootcamp on a 15' Macbook Pro late 2013. Tried having the client out of the UO folder but nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm really looking forward to start playing. Thank you

Have u tried checking on the negotiate client features in uosteam? Before logging in? make sure u save ur profile aswell if u do or it wont save and uncheck itself

When u open uosteam make sure its checked in the general tab before logging in

Negotiate client features is checked and saved, that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Then the only thing I can think off is that the client you are using does not have possibly the correct .mul files needed to display dungeon areas. I say go for another client boss.. or look up uo dungeon .mul files

I really wish i could help more but... i feel that this issue is do to missing files.. u say that u can run the game yet in dungeons u see black... All I can think of is missing files... and well either finding another client or locating specific dungeon .mul files can resolve this issue... if you have the administrative compatabillity and negotiation set.

Was able to fix it using the light filter on steam. I feel stupid haha, thank you for your help anyways.
